THE PROCESS
Step 1: Complimentary 15 minute discovery call to hear about your goals and share our services and rates for steps 2 and 3.
If you choose to work with us:
Step 2: Nutrition Assessment to help us understand your health/food history and current situation, and then assess your nutrition status to develop goals and a plan to reach them.
Step 3: Follow-up Appointments to check-in on progress, cover topics from your plan and to keep moving forward, evolving the plan as needed.
Food Logging/Photo Journaling and Feedback to help you along the way.

One Initial Assessment (75 minutes) - in person or virtually
Five Virtual Follow-ups - the first follow-up at 45 minutes, then 2 per month at 35 minutes

APPOINTMENTS

Clients have the option of booking appointments as needed for both initial and follow-up appointments, as either in person or virtual meetings.

Appointments and programs can be customized to be in person, virtually or concierge where we come to you.
Office Locations: Primary office is in Midtown Manhattan. Appointments can also be held on the Upper East Side and Long Island.
Virtual Appointments: Video meetings and support are available via an online video and communications portal.
